Morgan eventually took her talents to Teach For America and a variety of freelance consulting gigs working with teachers, school leaders and community partners to reimagine what excellent education looks like for all students. She also sits on the board of directors for the nonprofit Fore The Troops- an organization raising money to support military personnel and their families.

Morgan holds dual degrees from Penn State University and a Masters from Rutgers University. She is a stereotypical INTJ, an avid gardener and a part-time librarian. She has 2 sports loving boys and is active in her local community. She loves learning, laughing and alliteration.

Dr. Jaclyn Rhoads is the assistant executive director of Pinelands Preservation Alliance. She started working in the Pinelands in 2004 after receiving her doctorate degree in environmental policy from Drexel University. She serves on the NJ League of Conservation Voters political committee, as co-chair for the outreach committee for the NJ Keep it Green Coalition, and as president of the Darby Creek Valley Association and Friends of the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge in Pennsylvania where she lives. Dr. Rhoads manages the policy and science staff at Pinelands Preservation Alliance (PPA), leads the organization’s activities for the Delaware River Watershed Initiative and Landscape Makeover Program, and primarily handles lobbying efforts.

Seigha joined PPA in September of 2022 after working with PPA and Rancocas Creek Farm in designing a farm to table internship program. Through this work, he was able to collaborate with several community-based organizations allowing youth to gain a hands on farming experience including community discussions, business professional engagements, and more. Seigha is also the Executive Director of 14 years for The Opportunity League, a nonprofit community development and public health organization based in Burlington County. He earned his B.S. in Business Marketing from Cabrini University in Radnor, PA. In the span of Seigha’s career as a community organizer, he has been awarded the Southern Burlington County NAACP “Legacy Award”, Burlington County “40 under 40” Award, and was a Russ Berrie “Making a Difference” Honoree, as well as, a Youth Council Member of the Burlington County Workforce Investment Board and Youth Investment Council member of the Burlington County Workforce Development Institute.
