Dr. Rhoads manages the policy and science staff at Pinelands Preservation Alliance (PPA), leads the organization’s activities for the Delaware River Watershed Initiative and Landscape Makeover Program, and primarily handles lobbying efforts.

Seigha is also the Executive Director of 14 years for The Opportunity League, a nonprofit community development and public health organization based in Burlington County. He earned his B.S. in Business Marketing from Cabrini University in Radnor, PA.
