Creating Interactive 3D Maps with Cesium

Workshop Description: Participants will build projects using Cesium Stories, a beginner-friendly 3D geospatial software that allows them to create interactive slide presentations using an explorable 3D globe that is a “digital twin” of the earth’s buildings and terrain. 

They will choose the locations they’d like to highlight on each slide, and can add details, including photos, text, and annotations. 3D assets created or found in asset libraries can be added to their Cesium Stories to enhance their projects and help highlight their chosen geographic locations. Their final Stories will be shareable via a web link.
